• Bylaws - Boundaries and Insurance is from the section of the recorded condominium documents related to the boundaries and insurance requirements of the Association.  Please note Section 7A on page 32 which states, "Unit owners should carry insurance for their own benefit...".
• Condo Policy Declarations Page notes various deductibles.

Additionally, if you are in need of a certificate of insurance, please refer to www.rodmanins.com (the Association's insurance company).  You should be able to print one from the website, referencing the Village of a Thousand Pines.
